Ilene S. Kessler, President, has been a licensed real estate practitioner for over 20 years and is part of a dedicated three-person team with RE/MAX Advantage Realty in Columbia and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She is Past President of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, and Past President of the Howard County Association of REALTORS®. Ms. Kessler, who was named 2001 Maryland REALTOR® of the Year, was a member of the Governor's Housing Commission in 2004 and has been a volunteer for housing-related and other non-profit charitable efforts for 30 years. She has a B.A. from the University of Maryland and an M.A. from the College of New Jersey.
Alan R. Ingraham, Vice President, is District Sales Leader for MetLife Home Loans in Baltimore. He is a Past President of the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, currently serving on the MAR Executive Committee. He is a Past President of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR) and a founding member of the GBBR Charitable Foundation. Robert A. Mr. Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and he has served as president of several homeowner associations. Dale L. Ross is a licensed real estate broker for more than 30 years, and is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Past President of both the Maryland Association of REALTORS® and the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®, Mr. Ross founded MRIS, a statewide multiple listing and technology system, in 1994 and served as its chief executive officer. Mr. Ross served on the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) board of directors for 15 years. In 2001, he received the Maryland Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2009, Mr. Ross was selected by NAR leadership to become the Chief Executive Officer of Realtors Property Resource LLC, a new venture to create and operate the largest property centric data base in the country for the NAR members.
Ray Spradling joined Harkins Builders in 1995 and is has worked as a project manager for them since 1999, specializing in new as well as rehab of multi-family and mixed use construction projects. Ray is a former Realtor who holds the Green Advantage Commercial Environmental Certification and spends his time helping Howard Community College get their Construction Management Program up and running. Ray also actively supports the Associated Builders and Contractors organization and recently completed his own makeover for a USO facility in Indian Head, Md.
